Because we custom print each order for you, orders of more than 4 panels, sale items and custom orders are not returnable. We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure you are happy with colors, scale and substrate.
If your wallpaper is eligible for a return, please request within 30 days of receipt of your order. Send us an email hello@victoriabrighthome.com and we will provide a return shipping address.
If your wallpaper was damaged during shipping please take a photo of the wallpaper and of the shipping box so we can file a claim. In this case we will replace your wallpaper free of charge to you.
Please contact us at hello@victoriabrighthome.com if you are having issues with your order. Should there be a manufacturing defect we will happily replace the item at no charge.
