Shipping policy

How fast can I get my order? 
Orders will be shipped from 1-2 business days (barring holidays) after the order is placed. We typically ship UPS Ground domestically and will send you a tracking number. 

FREE Domestic Shipping-  We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above $100.00. It takes approximately 2 to 6 business days from the date it was shipped for your order to arrive.  Therefore, depending on where you are located, you can get your order within 4 to 8 business days after placing an order (considering handling and shipping). 

How much does shipping cost? 
FREE domestic standard shipping for all orders over $100!  

Do you ship internationally? 
We are launching in the United States first. International shipping will be available soon.

How can I track my order? 
You will receive an email with all your tracking and order information. Email us at hello@victoriabrighthome.com at any time if you have questions or concerns.

How do I change, modify, or cancel an order? 
If you must cancel, change or modify your order, please contact us immediately through email at hello@victoriabrighthome.com. A member of our team must confirm all changes or cancellations. This ensures that we are all on the same page, and your order has not gone to production or has shipped already.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Orders that have been shipped already will have to follow the same rules as returns.
